Submissions Timeline
We are accepting submissions for Volume 10, our volume for the 2026-2027 academic year. Offers of publication are extended on a rolling basis.

Requirements
We invite article submissions regarding international law, comparative law, public policy, and ethics. We prefer submissions that include around 20,000 words, give or take 2,500 words; and about 250 footnotes, give or take 50 footnotes. All articles should be double-spaced, and footnotes should conform with The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (21st Ed.). Due to the volume of submissions that we receive, we are unable to consider student-submitted articles at this time.

Selection
Our article selection committee is comprised of the Editor-in-Chief, Executive Editor, Senior Articles Editors, and Submissions Editors. Each article will undergo four levels of review before an offer is extended and will be thoroughly searched for plagiarism.
